On The Ball Personnel is a high touch, high value recruitment agency hat has been highly successful for more than 20 years. We connect top talent to jobs in Melbourne, Victoria that are supplied by our clients.

We specialise in mainly office roles such as inbound call centre positions and receptionist positions.

Our team are engaging, knowledgeable and provide value in every interaction. We understand the challenges that Companies face when hiring and we also understand the Candidates job hunting journey.

Our Mission

Our 5 year mission is to educate over 5000 small to medium businesses, within Australia on how to attract, hire and retain talent effectively. This is our passion and drives us to educate Business around the power in hiring well and having an unstoppable team – the sky is the limit!

We do this through Social Media value adds, through online programs and resources, webinars and consulting with Businesses.

About the Director, Sharon Vandermeer

Growing up in rural Victoria being the second eldest in a family of 6 siblings had quite the impact on Sharon. Work ethic and true grit were just some of the attributes forged in those years and have become the bedrock for who she is.

Sharon started On The Ball Personnel at the high of a recession and interest rates of 17.25% but it only made her work harder. As a result a wonderful high touch and high value Agency has been established. Sharon has been at the helm for over 20 years and endured many challenges and wins along the way.

On The Ball Personnel has been a National Finalist in the SARA Seek Awards at least 4 times and Sharon has been nominated for the Telstra Business women’s Award many times.

She is highly passionate about Recruitment and loves providing a highly personalised service.
